Первый ответ- спорный...Не Всеволожск,и не Крестовский остров - точно!

Каменный остров. Возможно, дача Гозе (рядом с дачей Гаусвальд), Большая аллея, 12.

Каменный,точно! С Гозе сомневаюсь,снимала в 1996 году.

Предполагаю,что другое место.Будем вместе разбираться😕

НЕТ,точно,не Дом П. И. Гозе. Он на Боковой аллее,а это здание было в другом месте

Подсказка - снесено целиком.На этом месте "воссоздано",якобы то же здание,но сходства маловато. Только одна деталь немного напоминает старое,чуть-чуть...🙁
